Description
Description:
The PSS 3100 SE from MAFELL is the world's first self-propelled and mobile panel saw.
Unique design features ensure that hardly any dust escapes when working. The PSS 3100 SE has an innovative full saw blade cladding. In conjunction with the integrated extraction channel and the S 50 M, dust particles are almost completely extracted.
With the newly developed diamond saw blade from MAFELL, the PSS 3100 SE is suitable for cutting cement-bonded materials such as fibre cement boards.
Full-shaft electronics with speed adjustment and soft start increase safety and enable the speed to be adapted to different materials, such as plastic, fibre cement panels or aluminium. The electronics also enable a constant speed under load and protect the machine from overloading.
Field of application:
Processing and cutting of panel materials (e.g. timber frame construction)
Use of materials e.g: Cement fibreboards, gypsum fibreboards, plastic, OSB, façade panels, Trespa
Advantage Benefit:
Repositioning stop for panel formats over 3100 mm.
Suitable for plunge cuts with the MAFELL-FLIPPKEIL
Significant price and handling advantages over stationary panel saws.
The guide rail can be split quickly and easily - very important for transport, for example. +With scoring function - for perfectly tear-free cuts.
