Description:

Vacomat 140/160 XPe

- The Vacomat 140/160 XPe mobile dust extractor is our smallest model and ideal for single machine extraction. Air volumes of up to 1,593 m³/h can be conveyed with this extraction system using the vacuum method,
e.g. for dedusting sliding table saws, jointers or thicknessers.
- In the standard version, extraction is started manually by pressing a button. On request, an automatic start of the fan can be installed when the connected processing machine is switched on,
so that the extraction system is not forgotten or operated unnecessarily in idle mode.
- The dust and chip mixture is discharged into a dust-tight chip collection container (240 litres) with an inserted plastic bag. A vacuum channel holds the plastic bag securely in the collection container.
Viewing windows make it easier to check the fill level.
- The Vacomat 140/160 XPe mobile dust extractor automatically monitors its extraction performance via a pressure cell and guarantees maximum operational reliability.

Filter cleaning

- In the Vacomat 140/160 XPe, an integrated control cabinet uses a vibration motor to clean the filter bags electro-mechanically.
The system is controlled via the polling of the woodworking machine using potential-free contacts. As soon as all connected machines are switched off, the motorised filter jogging starts automatically.
This regeneration mechanism requires no connection to compressed air and therefore no compressor. This results in a significant reduction in the noise level during cleaning.
- An efficient pressure surge cleaning system (XPe-D) is available as an option, especially recommended for very high and particularly fine dust content (ATTENTION: overall height then + 100 mm and length + 280 mm).
Cleaning via the compressed air tank takes place offline, after extraction operation.

SCHUKOCONE FILTER

- The Vacomat 140/160 XPe mobile dust extractor is equipped with patented SchukoCone® filter bags as standard.
- The SchukoCone® filters are a successful combination of an externally pressurised filter bag with an internally pressurised cone. This innovative filter design offers approx. 60 % more filter surface with a smaller footprint.
- SchukoCone® filter bags unfold their enormous potential particularly with fine dusts, where a large filter surface and low filter surface load must be ensured.
- By reducing the filter surface load, a longer service life of the filter is achieved. If the filter resistance is low, less fan power and therefore less electricity is required.

ASSEMBLY & SCOPE OF DELIVERY

- Mobile dust extractors of type Vacomat 140/160 XPe are supplied pre-assembled and ready to plug in (heavy current 16 A, with 6.0 m cable) on a disposable pallet (included). A chip collection bag (size V) is also included in the scope of delivery.
- The Vacomat 140/160 XPe must be electronically connected to the machine to be extracted so that the automatically triggered regeneration of the filter bags can take place after the processing machine has been switched off.
A specialised electrical company can help here. The supplied switch cabinet with integrated phase inverter is prepared for monitoring one potential-free contact and three transformer coils (coils are not included in the scope of delivery).
- The Vacomat is connected directly to the stationary machine to be extracted using a flexible hose or a fixed pipe (connection piece of 140 mm or 160 mm). Some connection components can be found in the accessories
and among our system components.
- The dust extractor is mobile and can be set up flexibly in your workshop on stable castors in industrial design. Do you need the dust extractor on a different machine? Then release the two braked castors and push the device to any desired location.
