With Plate, you have one device for all your work. Perfect for inserting different fittings, creating inlay work and rows of holes in System 32 and more.
Plate can be perfectly combined with the many digital fittings data from the ShaperHub fittings catalogue. Simply search for the desired fitting, synchronise with Origin and start milling immediately.

Häufige Fragen zu CNC Bearbeitungszentren
3-Achs deckt alles Flächige ab: Bohren, Nuten, Aussparungen. Sobald Sie an die Kante ranmüssen, brauchen Sie eine 4-Achs mit C-Achse. Das ist heute Standard im Möbelbau. 5-Achs-Köpfe mit A- und C-Achse können Freiformflächen, komplexe Fensterprofile oder Treppenwangen in einer Aufspannung fertigen.
Für Möbelbauteile kommen Sie mit 2.500 × 1.250 mm gut hin. Treppen- und Türenbau will 3.100 × 1.300 mm. Fensterbauer arbeiten oft mit deutlich längeren Maschinen ab 4.500 mm. Beim Z-Hub sollten es 200 mm oder mehr sein, sonst wird's mit dickeren Werkstücken oder zusätzlichen Aggregaten eng.
Homag und Weeke gehören beide zur Homag-Gruppe und sind in Deutschland stark vertreten. SCM aus Italien ist im Mittelsegment eine ernstzunehmende Alternative, Biesse ebenfalls und mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wenn Sie Richtung Premium schauen, kommen IMA und Schelling ins Spiel. Ganz wichtig neben der Maschine selbst: wie sieht die Ersatzteilversorgung aus und wo sitzt der nächste Servicetechniker?
Ja, sofern Steuerung, Spindel und Führungen in Ordnung sind. Eine gut gewartete Anlage läuft 15 bis 20 Jahre. Achten Sie auf die Aktualität der Steuerungssoftware, welche Windows-Version läuft drauf. Wichtig sind auch verfügbare Postprozessoren und ob der Hersteller noch Ersatzteile liefert. Ist ein Schulungsprotokoll dabei, umso besser.
Kauf & Service
Auf Wunsch organisieren wir den Transport europaweit. Das reicht von der Abholung bei uns im Lager über Teil- und Komplettladungen bis zur Aufstellung in Ihrer Werkstatt inklusive Inbetriebnahme. Die Kosten stehen transparent im individuellen Angebot. Selbstabholung bei uns im Lager ist jederzeit möglich.
Ja. Wir arbeiten mit mehreren Finanzierungspartnern zusammen und vermitteln Kredit- oder Leasingoptionen für gewerbliche Kunden. Übliche Laufzeiten liegen zwischen 24 und 72 Monaten. Das entsprechende Angebot legen wir gerne direkt zum Maschinenangebot dazu.
Der Standard ist die Banküberweisung, bei Auslandskunden auch Akkreditiv. Bei Finanzierung oder Leasing bezahlen Sie direkt über den Partner. Maschinen werden nach Zahlungseingang ausgeliefert, alternativ bei Übergabe gegen Barzahlung.
